Grace is dedicated to building and preserving a secure future for her clients and their loved ones by offering guidance throughout different stages of life. She understands that everyone has unique goals, dreams, and challenges, and strives to ensure each client's plan is tailored to their specific aspirations. Grace supports several causes close to her heart, and her fluency in two languages and passion for travel and the arts provide unique perspectives to her financial planning.

Among her accolades and honors, Grace has been a CFP Board Ambassador since 2021. She is also a contributing writer for the monthly financial column for Out Smart Magazine and writes for a local newsletter, the Houston Medical Times. She co-founded an advisor-led roundtable of women leaders at LPL Financial, serves on the Advisor Inclusion Council (since 2021), and has been featured as a speaker for several of the firm’s advisor development programs. Her awards include the Five Star Wealth Manager Award from Texas Monthly (2012-2023) and the DiversityFIRST™ Leadership Award from the Texas Diversity Council (2015). Diane Gardner is a highly skilled and experienced financial professional who has been helping individuals and families pursue their financial goals for over two decades. As a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional (CFP®) and Certified Divorce Financial Analyst (CDFA®), Diane possesses a deep understanding of the complex world of personal finance.

Diane earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Slippery Rock University in 1998, and her MBA from Youngstown State University in 2001. She began her career in the financial services industry in 1998 and has been a valued partner with LPL Financial since December of 2010.

Throughout her career, Diane has been committed to providing her clients with personalized financial guidance that can help them understand and work towards their financial goals. She takes a collaborative and comprehensive approach to financial planning, working closely with her clients to develop customized strategies that are tailored to their unique needs and circumstances.

In addition to her financial planning work, Diane is an avid golfer, traveler, and community volunteer. She serves on several nonprofit boards and is deeply committed to giving back to her community.

Rhonda Barclay, CRPC®

Rhonda Barclay has been in the financial services industry for more than twenty years, initially with a small regional firm and two national, publicly traded firms. Rhonda graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics and has taken several graduate courses at Rice University in financial planning. In 2009, Rhonda became an independent financial consultant, affiliating her professional relationship with LPL Financial.

As an independent financial consultant, Rhonda has access to some of the finest products and advice available - without being driven by any considerations other than her client's best interest. Because it is an independent broker/dealer, LPL Financial doesn't offer any proprietary investment products. Instead, it provides Rhonda and her clients with access to a large array of investment vehicles.

Tina Wu

Tina’s career in finance has spanned more than 14 years. She has worked as a senior financial analyst for both private and public companies including Vistage International, LG Electronics and Time Warner Cable. She has been with LPL Financial for five years, first in Financial Planning & Analysis as an Assistant Vice President before moving into her current role with CFO Solutions.

Tina brings financial acumen and a consultative approach to support Grace with budgeting forecasting, P & L analysis, and strategic financial planning.

Tina earned a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration with a focus in finance from San Diego State University.

Tina is native to San Diego, California where she resides with her two dogs and enjoys staying active and traveling.

Jay Collier (He/Him/His)

Financial Assistant



Jay is a Financial Assistant with LPL Financial's Para-Planning Solutions team and provides comprehensive  support to Midtown Financial Group, LLC. As a key partner, Jay is committed to Midtown Financial Group, LLC's mission and provides detailed data analysis and comprehensive planning strategies to assist clients in pursuing their financial goals. Jay is currently pursuing his CFP® designation.

Prior to joining LPL Financial in 2019, Jay served as a Portfolio Manager and Financial Planner for a financial services firm on the West Coast. He received both his Master of Science in Finance and his Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of San Diego.

Jay enjoys spending time with his girlfriend and dog on road trips and on beach outings. He also volunteers at the Humane Society by walking dogs and socializing with the animals.

Liz grew up in Sugar Land, Texas. She and her husband have three daughters. Liz has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Biology /Pre-Medicine from Baylor University as well as a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from the University of Houston/Clear Lake.

Balancing work and family life, she devotes her time as an active parent volunteer at her children's schools as well as several other community programs. A cancer survivor, she also continues to support the causes that are near and dear to her heart including MD Anderson, The Young Survival Coalition, “Hope for Two the Pregnant with Cancer Network” and her Making Strides Against Breast Cancer team, Advisors for A Cure.

Liz's work background was in the field of social services as the Director of Admissions for a United Way Agency that provides residential and vocational opportunities for individuals with special needs/developmental disabilities. Liz switched careers and joined the financial services industry and brings service-centric focus, attention to detail and resourcefulness from her previous experiences to Midtown Financial Group, LLC.

Catherine Allred

LPL Registered Administrative Assistant


Catherine is an LPL employee and is part of the Admin Solutions program that supports multiple advisors' businesses. She has an extensive background in the financial services industry. Prior to joining our team, she was a Senior Registered Associate at Morgan Stanley providing concierge level service to clients of both individual advisors and advisor teams. Through her 11 years with Morgan Stanley, she navigated the system and procedural changes that took place during the Morgan Stanley Smith Barney joint venture transition.

She spent 10 years working in various roles at Lincoln Financial Advisors, from a smaller branch office in the capacity of Office Manager and IT support, to a Regional Finance position, culminating her commitment as Branch Office Manager in one of the larger branch offices. She started her industry career at a Transamerica General Agency office where she was responsible for all the agency operations and administrative tasks.

Catherine holds Series 7, 66, 6, & 63 registrations with LPL Financial as well as Life, Accident, Health, and Variable Products licenses with LPL Financial.

Catherine enjoys rock carving as well as various other artistic methods of expression and is a huge fan of road-tripping adventures.
